Thanks for helping beta test the next major version of PTVL.
This beta has the following new and improved features:
VCR Plus+:
- VCR Plus+ codes are now displayed in the details screen when available.
- VCR Plus+ codes are now added to reminders when available.
List Views:
- New List View (By Time)
- New List View (By Channel)
- The top header row of the new List Views is tap-able
- Option to set the font of the List Views
- Option to include up/down arrows on the List Views
- New List View (Showing At)
Searches:
- Much faster searches for selecting All Showings... and clicking a channel box
- Search Results are now displayed by default in the List View (By Time)
- Searches begin the results display at "now"
- If you scroll up you will see programs that have already ended
- Search results are now viewable in the Grid View
- To get back to displaying all programs, select All Program from the menu
- To get back to displaying all programs, you can also click the OK button
- Option to return to the previous view after searching
- When returning to the previous view time and scroll location are maintained
- Added searching based on Category
- New search save and load screen
ClearType:
- Basic ClearType support (Good idea, Neil!)
- Option to turn on ClearType in the List Views in Options under Setup...
- Option to turn on ClearType in the Grid View in Options under Setup...
Misc:
- Listings until date in the About Box
- The current program is highlighted with a focus rectangle
- New Options to grey out programs that have ended
- Option to change the background and text color for ended programs
- Creating extra diagnostic information in WebLink is now optional
- WebLink and PTVL can now handle 14 days of data.
- WARNING - More days = larger Listings.zip and longer download time
- Minor bug fixes found along the way
- Added a second toolbar
A few words of warning:
The new Listings.zip format used by PTVL 2.0 and WebLink 1.1 is not compatible with older versions of PTVL. Do not try to mix and match, it won't work.
You will need to run WebLink 1.1 and have it update your Listings.zip file or it could cause problems with some of the new features of PTVL.
You can get the latest install from:

You should have the following version numbers after installing the beta:
- WebLink 1.1c
- ListingSync 2.0e
- PTVL 2.0h
